4. Family Portraits

My best friend from school, Tanya Roberts now lives in New Zealand and could not join us on the day.  Her mom, Deidre Evans and her stepfather Colin, were kind enough to come through and be with us for the ceremony, which was really lovely to have them as part of our day.

These are Kennith’s grandparents, who celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on 29 July 2010.   They spent our wedding day with us, which was very important to Kennith, and we were luck enough to spend the 29th with them on their wedding anniversary.

This is a family portrait.  From back left hand side, my stepfather, Hein, my mother, Lucille, Kennith’s dad, William, Kennith’s mom, Linda.  Front row from left hand side, Kennith’s grandfather, Gabriel, Georgia, me, Isabelle, Connor, Kennith and Kennith’s granmother, Nellie.

This is us with my mom and Hein.  Group photos are always so tricky – can never get everyone looking good and in the right direction at the same time.  I like the way that Isabelle has reverted to holding her ear and sucking her thumb.

This is us and Pepe holding Isabelle.

I really like this family portrait, but I have no idea what is going on with Connor’s face …. no idea.

This is a great portrait of Pepe with the kids.  Again, now we have Georgia who is doing a Hannibal Lector smile ….

This is a photo of my mom and the girls … isn’t Georgia’s little bouquet the sweetest thing.

Here is a portrait of us with Kennith’s mom and dad ….

My mom and I …

Kennith and his parents.

This is such a sweet picture of Isabelle and Pepe ….

Of all the portraits we had one, I must say these two are my favourite.
