Not sure what they were thinking with this advert?

What exactly where Kia thinking when they approved this print advert?

I get the edginess.

I think, but I am really a bit “huh” when I look at it and go really, advertising about teachers seducing kids, and “seeing” them as consenting adults … that IS a super campaign.

Well done Kia on this one!

      Good to know – I saw it on an ad award site and it did not indicate that it was not a Kia approved advert – but good to know, I will take Kia out of the “sh&t brands” box now.

      I think the point is that the Kia can switch between two temperatures ….. innocent and paedo.phile with one easy click of the temperature gauge … or something of that nature ….

    I also had to read it a few time to actually believe it!!!
    With all the sexual abuse and rape of students by teachers in SA and elsewhere it is a bit insensitive and a bit crass to me.
    Dont like it at all!

    Yes, that is the advertising industry I know. I am sure every ad agency has a list in their office of taboo topics that forms the basis of most ads. The devil is an advertising director! Ha ha.
